Powertec Electrotechnical Services

This was a complete re-design and renovation of a nineteenth century Victorian one bed roomed flat . Every aspect of the design and fit was project managed by Powertec with all building design and electrical installation work done by our own in house design specialist.

The challenge was to upgrade the property to modern standards with a high standard of technology inbuilt and to enhance the original Victorian features as well as create a higher spec of features than the original build. The project has been broken into six sections for the use of this portfolio.
